Access Plus Care is an NDIS and Aged Care service provider where we provide services to people with special care needs, who may or may not qualify for NDIS or Aged Care funding. Our focus is to provide:
- Assistance with daily personal activities, including travel and transportation
- Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
- Development of daily living and life skills

- Support with daily living tasks
- Support in a group home setting
- Assist you with personal tasks of daily life to help you live independently

- Supports offered in your own home but can also be provided in your community environment

Group and Centre Based Activities and participation in Community and Social Activities, including
